Additional topics will help you control e-mail volumes by learning how to store messages in email folders; find what you need; and act when and where action is required by learning to use rules.
Outlook 2007: Managing your CalendarYou will learn Outlook 2007 calendar essentials, finding out how to efficiently schedule activities, and see how to stay on top of important dates with recurrence and reminders. Others topics in this 2-hour workshop include adding categories to color coded appointments; setting up appointments and meetings with others; and viewing others’ calendars.
Outlook 2007: Email MergeEmail merge works exactly the same as a standard mail merge except for one big difference. Topics in this new workshop will include setting up contacts to use as mail merge recipients using both Microsoft Outlook and Word, and attaching files to be sent along with a personalized message.
