Introduction to Mathematica

Mathematica is a software package and programming language that allows the user to perform mathematical calculations, simulations, and modeling. Mathematica is able to perform complex algebraic simplifications and difficult calculus operations quickly and accurately. In this short course, learn how to navigate the Mathematica interface, use the program to evaluate some basic arithmetic functions, declare variables, and plot functions.
